Nine answers that cover most of it
From a first deposit to a withdrawal that will not go through. If none of these match, the contact page says what to include so the answer comes back useful.
What do I need for a first deposit?A wallet, USDG and enough ETH for gas, all on the same chain.
- 01Pick a Line and read its rails, its fee counters and its status before you connect anything. A Line supplies liquidity to one Stock Token market, and its value can fall while it collects fees.
- 02Hold USDG and a little ETH for gas in the same wallet on Robinhood Chain. Tokens on another network do not appear here. Check that whatever you fund from supports this exact network and token.
- 03Use the Line's own deposit panel and read the quote before you sign. An approval and a deposit can be two separate requests. Never send tokens straight to a contract address instead of using the deposit path.
My wallet is connected but the balance is missingCheck the account, the network and whether the transfer confirmed.
- 01Check that the address shown in the app is the one holding your funds. Wallets keep several, and the one that signed in is the one the venue uses.
- 02Select Robinhood Chain in your wallet when prompted. A balance on another chain is not spendable here.
- 03If you funded recently, check the transaction on that network's explorer and wait for it to confirm, then reload. Never type a recovery phrase into a website to fix a balance.
Why is my position smaller than what I deposited?Only the part the band can use gets invested.
- 01The band's shape decides how much of your USDG becomes the Stock Token. Whatever the position cannot use returns to your wallet in the same transaction, so the Line you hold is smaller than the amount you typed.
- 02The swap costs a fee and moves the price a little, inside a 0.5% budget. Compare the position with what came back rather than treating the difference as a single charge.
- 03The deposit panel prints all four numbers before you sign: what gets swapped, the slippage budget, what is actually invested and what comes back.
Why does a Line say deposits are waiting?Either the reference price is stale or price left the band.
- 01A reference price older than 25 hours cannot value a position, so the Line refuses a deposit rather than guessing. Outside the stock session this is the normal state.
- 02When price has left the rails the Line earns nothing until the keeper re-centres it, so it stops taking new money into a position that is idle.
- 03Each Line prints which of the two it is, and the status page says whether the feed is the problem.
How do I get my money out?Two routes, and one of them never waits.
- 01Open the Line, switch the panel to Withdraw and pick a route. Redeeming into the underlying tokens is arithmetic over the position and works at any hour.
- 02Converting into USDG needs a current reference price, so outside the stock session it waits. The panel says which routes are available before you sign.
- 03If a withdrawal will not go through, send the Line name and the exact message with your question. Support will never ask you to move funds to another wallet to unlock anything.
My transaction is pending. Should I send it again?Check the one you already sent first.
- 01Open the transaction from your wallet and see whether it is pending, confirmed or failed. An approval often confirms before the deposit that follows it.
- 02Avoid repeating an action while its result is uncertain. If it confirmed and the page has not caught up, reload and give balances a moment.
- 03For help, send the public transaction hash, the Line name and when it started.
How do I know a message is really from Holdline?Nobody here will ever ask for a phrase, a key or a transfer.
- 01Support never asks for a recovery phrase, a private key or a transfer to a separate wallet. Any message that does is someone else.
- 02The only signature Holdline asks for outside a deposit is the one that binds your wallet to your session. It names your exact address and approves no transfer and no spend.
- 03Check the address bar. Announcements come from the account linked in the footer of this site and nowhere else.
Still stuck
Send the Line name, the exact message you saw, the public transaction hash if there is one, and when it started. That is usually enough to answer in one reply.
