What this is
Holdline is software for supplying liquidity to tokenized stock markets on Robinhood Chain. It is not a broker, a bank, an exchange or an investment adviser, and nobody here manages money on your behalf. You act for yourself with your own wallet.
Nothing here is advice
Every figure on this site describes something that already happened or something the arithmetic implies. None of it recommends a position. Decide for yourself, and get professional advice if you need it.
You can lose money
Line shares move with the Stock Token price and they are not principal protected. A position can be worth less than you put in even while it collects fees. Concentrated liquidity makes that outcome more likely than it would be for a simple holding, not less.
Nothing is deployed
No $HOLD token, no Line contract and no credit contract exists on Robinhood Chain today. Balances shown on this site are a testnet ledger the venue keeps for you. Any address claiming to be $HOLD right now is not ours.
No audit
Holdline has not commissioned an independent security review. The verification page checks that the site's numbers agree with the arithmetic behind them. Read it and understand what it does and does not cover.
Availability
Price feeds fail, sessions close and services go down. When a reference price cannot be trusted the venue waits rather than guessing, which means an action you want may be unavailable when you want it. Redeeming into the underlying tokens is the route that never depends on a price.
Your wallet is your account
There is no password to reset and no account to recover. If you lose access to your wallet, nobody at Holdline can return what it held. Never share a recovery phrase or a private key with anyone, including someone claiming to work here.
Where you are
Access from a place where this kind of software is restricted is your responsibility. Holdline does not know your jurisdiction and makes no claim that it is available in yours.
Changes
These terms change as the product does. The version you are reading is the one in effect. Material changes to how the venue works get announced in the channels listed in the footer before they take effect.
